Please note that as all these items are made by myself, by hand they will vary slightly from the image shown. This makes every item unique and avoids the exact reproduction created by commercial machine embroidery.
All sizes are approximate and colours have been represented as well as possible. If an exact colour match is needed I would be more than happy to send a colour swatch for you to check before I commence the work on your order. This product will be handmade to order so please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If for any reason you need an item sooner please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Cancellation and return policy
Please note that as all these items are made by hand they will vary slightly from the image shown.I will not be able to offer refunds on personalised items that use your choice of colour or lettering.
For an exchange or refund the items must be returned unused in perfect condition. I regret that packing and postage costs are non refundable.
You will be responsible for return postage and for items that fail to reach me. Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof.

SHIPPING
Within the UK orders under 50 euros will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post. Orders priced from 50 - 100 euros will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders over 100 euros will be sent by special delivery (including postal insurance of up to £500) and should be received the next working day. Larger parcels will be sent by Parcel Force.
For international deliveries or if you would like an item insured please contact me for postage costs. Please note that cushion pads are only included for orders within the UK.
Within the UK your purchase should reach you in one to three working days from date of dispatch. International Airmail will take longer than this depending on customs laws in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
I do not accept any responsibility for late delivery due to delays attributable to the postal system.
