I stand by the quality of my work 100%. If you are not fully satisfied please contact me and return the item to me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

SHIPPING METHOD
Upon receipt of your payment, items are packaged in a heavy and hard cardboard, protective stiff enveloppe. Each print is protected in a cello sleeve. Items are shipped via USPS within 2-3 days after payment has cleared.
Please note that if you want to have a tracking number on your package you must contact me BEFORE placing an order, and shipping charges will be increased.
I always mention "DO NOT BEND" on your packages . So please note that I am not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during shipping. But in case you have a problem, please contact me immediately by email or Dawanda conversation, we'll find a solution! I can replace small orders if you provide proof (pictures) of the damage or loss.
