Cancellation and return policy
Rest assured that all pieces have been lovingly and carefully handcrafted for your enjoyment and pleasure. However, if there is something about your item you are not satisfied with, please e-mail jewelparlour@yahoo.com.sg within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will review your case and gladly issue a refund (excl shipping costs) if necessary. Item will have to be returned at your own cost in a new and unused condition as in the original state that was sent before refund can be issued. Kindly do not send any items back without first contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be processed. We are also not responsible for any returned items lost in transit.
Refunds are not applicable to sale or custom made items.
Postage and payment policy
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Paypal and major credit cards. Credit card transactions are processed via Paypal as well, but you DO NOT need to have a paypal account. Simply choose the Paypal option at checkout and follow the instructions, or kindly let me know your e-mail address so that I can send you an invoice with the link for you to complete your payment with your Paypal account or credit card.
If you are a Singapore buyer and wish pay in SGD via interbank transfer, please e-mail jewelparlour@yahoo.com.sg as soon as you checkout.
Kindly make payment within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled and item relisted. If you need more time, do let me know and we can work things out.
Item(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received or cleared. If you are paying be e-check please note that it can take up to 4 business days for the check to clear, and your item will be shipped only after it has cleared.
SHIPPING
All jewelry pieces are packaged in gift boxes and shipped in bubble mailers via REGISTERED mail. This requires a signatory upon receipt.
For purchases in a single receipt:
International rates: 1st item EUR$2.50, each additional item EUR$0.50
Local rates (Sing buyers only): 1st item S$2.50, each additional item S$0.30
Your items will be shipped to the address as stated on your Dawanda order. Kindly ensure that the address you keep on Dawanda is accurate and up-to-date.
Once your package is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with the Registered Article (RA) number. Delivery takes about 1 to 3 working day for Singapore orders and 8 to 14 working days for international orders from the date of shipment.
