Cancellation and return policy
1) Items sold are not refundable/exchangable.
2) Lost mail compensation
I will refund the total amount paid by the buyer for the order when the post office confirms that the ***registered mail*** is lost and undelivered. Compensation is capped at a maximum of SGD68 (about 32 euros) as per post office regulation.

-How to calculate shipping costs for multiple purchases:
For Example if you purchase 3 items:
1 Pendant: listed price of EU$20 with single shipping EU$3 and combined shipping EU$0.25
1 Bracelet: listed price of EU$15 with a single shipping EU$3 and combined shipping EU$1.50
1 ACEO painting: listed price of EU$12 with single shipping EU$3.50 and combined shipping EU$2
1st item's shipping costs will be the highest Single shipping cost of the 3 items = ACEO painting = EU$3.50
2nd and 3rd items' Combined Shipping costs = EU$0.25 for the pendant plus EU$1.50 for the bracelet.
Calculations:
Listed prices of items EU$47.00
plus Shipping costs of items EU$5.25
Total payable = EU$ 52.25
2) Type of mail:

i) Registered Mail:
All international and local orders are sent using registered mail which comes with a mail tracking number and requires signature upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for it, the mailman will leave a note for you to collect the mail from your local post office within a stipulated time-frame. Please remember to collect the mail if not, it will be sent back to the seller.
ii) No meet up for delivery in Singapore.
3) Delivery Time

i) International delivery: approximately 10 to 25 days business days for mail to be delivered.
ii) Local delivery (Singapore): approximately 3 to 4 business days for mail to be delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Shipping fees paid are not exact postage fees incurred. As I wish to fix my shipping costs for the first item at a constant price, my listed price of the items are adjusted so the shipping costs will include part of the costs of the items and other fees.
