With any mistake made on my end, an exchange or refund will be supplied without hassle, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
Much love and care is taken in making sure that packaging is appropriate. All Those Threes cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit - shipment problems must be dealt with through the postal service directly. You can however request insurance for your package, at an extra charge, should you feel it is necessary. Make sure you request this from me!
