Cancellation and return policy
Of course I hope that you are very happy and content with your product. If you should not like the product, nevertheless, you can give it back within 14 days without information of reasons in preceding text form (e.g. letter or e-mail).

With the return I ask you that the product is in flawless, unused and entire state.
You get your money, less the mailing expenses, within 7 days back, after I received the product.
You take over the costs for the return.
Unfortunately, I cannot take back tailor-made wishes.
The term begins at the earliest with preservation of this instruction in text form, however, not before entrance of the product with the receiver.
Postage and payment policy
Generally I have all my offered products in stock, which means after I get the confirmation of the payment on my bank account; I will send you the product within 1-2 working days.
Should a product not be in stock, I will point it out in the confirmation email. The delivery is than delayed up to 1 week.
Every tailor made product is not made until you have paid me. For the production I need 3-7 working days and then I will send it to you.
If you would like a registered mail, please let me know as soon as possible.
