Store Policies

1.) All work will be carefully described on each product page. I will always tell you if a piece of art is the original work, or a print.
2.) You are welcomed and encouraged to contact me via "conversation" any time you like, if you ever have any questions about my work, shipping, or sales. :-)
3.) I can ship multiple items in the same box to save you shipping (if you're purchasing items that have a shipping cost).
4.) I don't have a hard and fast return policy. If you'd like to return an item, please contact us and let us know. We'll discuss it.
5.) All orders are also packed with random goodies--for fun and as a thank you!
6.) If your item or package gets lost in the mail, don't worry. I'll work with you to make sure everything is OK in the end.
7.) I do custom work. Just ask.
9.) I accept layway / payment plans on some of my higher priced pieces. If the item is $100.00 or more, feel free to contact me if you'd like to arrange a payment plan. I am happy to break a larger price tag up into small, easy-to-manage payments. Please note: artwork will not be sent until order is payed in full BUT artwork will be packed and prepared for shipping and held in a safe, reserved place for YOU!
Cancellation and return policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as quickly as possible so that we can work out a satisfactory resolution.
If an item is received damaged, or if you need to return an item for some reason, please contact me and I'll work with you to solve the problem.
