Ordering Information

Our website is open 24 hours a day. Your payment detail is collected using SSL secure technology and is not stored on our servers.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Paypal. We also accept payments via Google Checkout. For Google Checkout payments, please choose Check/Money Order Payment method, we will send you an invoice so you can send your payments via Google Checkout. Please note that your orders will not be shipped until your payment is received.

Sales Tax
All orders are exempt sales tax

Item Availability
All items in the shop are available unless expressly labelled. Custom made orders will depend on the availability of the materials you have chosen. In case we ran out of stock of certain components, you will be notified immediately for modification or cancellation.

Product Variation
The product images on our site are representative and are not necessarily photographs of the actual product you will receive. Due to the handmade nature of our items, some variations will occur. Differences in computer monitor settings may also affect the color and brightness of our items on your screen.

Items that use vintage materials may vary from the representative image. For example, if you purchase an item that includes a vintage button, it is likely that the button on your item will be similar but not exactly like the one in the image.

Additionally, the fabric images on our site are representative. While we make every effort to eb sure that the image we use is a fair representation of our items, due to the differences in computer monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that the color of your item will match the color on your screen.

Since many of our items are made with fabric prints, the placement of the pattern will vary in each item.

Order Processing & Fulfillment
Items that are in stock will be shipped the next working day. However, most items are made to order, so please allow 2-5 days for your item(s) to be made and ready to ship. If our current order volume allows, we will ship your order sooner. Occasionally we experience a higher order volume than usual and may require longer processing times. If there is a delay in processing your order beyond the typical time frame, you will be notified via email. All orders are processed in the order they are received. If you need something in a hurry, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate you, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Cancellation and return policy

FAULTY GOODS RETURN POLICY

Handigift will only accept Returns for the following reasons:
# We sent the wrong item. (Highly unlikely)
# Item received is faulty

Content is substantially different from what was advertised
Requests for Returns for any reason other than those listed and of "Special Offer" products will not be accepted. Item should be returned with original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. We recommend using Registered Post when sending returns. Client should inform us for all Returns before posting.

Handigift will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during delivery when using Standard post. In the unlikely event of goods being returned they will be examined thoroughly and if found to be defective. A replacement or refund will be offered depending on stock availability.

Handigift.com SPECIAL OFFERS do not have a return policy.


Postage and payment policy

SHIPPING

Domestic Orders
Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail. All orders to up to 1000grams (2.204 lbs) will charged a 2.50GBP flat rate. Domestic orders with totals under 10GBP will be posted via First Class Mail. All orders with totals above 10GBP will be posted via Priority Mail with Confirmation(Recorded Signed For). First class delivery is estimated to 2-3 working days.

All orders of more than 1000grams will be invoiced for the extra cost of shipping. Orders will be dispatched only after we receive payment.

European Orders
Orders for any country within the European Union are sent via Royal Mail. Rates start from 1.09GBP for less than 100grams (0-0.220 lb) orders. EU orders with total under 20GBP will be posted via Airmail. All orders with totals above 20GBP will be posted via Priority Mail with Confirmation (International Signed For). Airmail delivery for the EU is estimated to 3-5 working days.

International Orders (Rest of the World)
We ship to: USA, Canada, South American countries, Middle East, Asia, Pacific Countries, Australia and New Zealand

International orders benefits Airmail rates of the Royal Mail from 100grams and up starting from 1.58GBP for both Zones 1 and Zones 2. All orders above with totals above 50GBP will be posted via Priority Mail with Confirmation (International Signed For). International Airmail delivery is estimated to 7-10 working days.Please note that this is only an estimate, exact delivery periods vary from country to country. There is no return policy for International Orders.

Zone 2: Asia and Pacific Countries, Middle East

We ship Worldwide
Please note that we are not responsible for your orders once it is dispatched to the postal services. Orders posted via Airmail and Signed For services are covered by compensation to up to 34GBP. Orders with totals above 50GBP will be insured for additional coverage.

Handigift accepts Paypal and Google Checkout. Please feel free to indicate which is preferable for you. Paypal is default payment method.

Orders should be paid within 3days, unpaid orders will be relisted in the shops.
