All products shown are ready for immediate dispatch.
I am happy to create customised products: if you see something that you like the look of, but you would rather it was more personal (for example in a particular colour or size) I would be eager to produce something more to your tastes.
Please be aware that this may take several days to produce: I will keep you up to date with the progress of the item, and will send you photographs of the finished product before we "seal the deal". If you are not satisfied by what you see in the photos, you are under no obligation to buy. If, however, you have paid for and received the goods, and then decide you don't like them, I do not offer refunds in this instance.
Cancellation and return policy
I do not offer refunds as a general rule: things such as earrings would be unhygenic to resell, and custom-made items will have been specifically tailored towards a customer's tastes, and may not appeal to others. However, if an item is received damaged, please contact my within seven days of receipt and I will try to resolve the issue for you.
I do not typically provide refunds on customised orders.
Postage and payment policy
Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal, cheques and cash from all countries. Please be aware that you send cash payment at your own risk.
Please pay for purchased items within three days of purchase. If you have any problems relating to payment please contact me.
I ship within Europe: those wishing to buy from further afield should contact me to make special arrangements. My postage costs cover all packaging and labelling materials.
I endeavour to despatch orders within 24 - 48 hours after your payment has cleared. Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays, and be aware that cheques may take several days to clear. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you. I always obtain proof of postage.
All my items are carefully packed. Once an order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it.
Shipping:
UK shipping - Royal mail first class.
International shipping - Royal mail airmail.
If you would like to have your purchases shipped by Recorded or Special delivery, please be aware that this will incur a further charge.
