Refunds & Returns
All our items are made to order and so a small company like Rosablue cannot consider claims for full refunds or fabric reprints except in exceptional circumstances. If you are concerned about colour-matching, final product dimensions or any other product characteristic, please drop us a line before ordering so we can keep things clear. Thanks.
Cancellation and return policy
We use Royal Mail First Class registered mail for our smaller items and First Citylink's dispatch services for the heavier ones (like deckchairs and door stops). Goods must be signed for on delivery and undelivered items will be returned to Rosablue.
NB: If you are ordering from outside the EU we would ask you to place your order by email so that we can make appropriate shipping arrangements.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you are planning a holiday or you know the recipient of what you purchase may not be at home, you must pre-arrange any special requirements with us directly. We will do our very best to meet any particular dispatch requirements you may have, but customers must make these arrangements with one of us by telephone and where possible follow with an email.
