Cancellation and return policy
I want this to be a happy experience shopping at The Flashbulb. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund your payment excluding shipping costs. Please email me first before you send it back. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to me in it's original condition. I will refund your payment minus shipping costs once I have the item back.
Postage and payment policy
Payment:
I currently accept payment through PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use their service to pay with a credit card. At the end of the checkout process, simply click “Pay with PayPal” and you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can enter your credit card info.
Postage:
1) I ship within 2-4 business days (after I receive payment through PayPal).
2) I ship to your PayPal address (you'll receive an email when I've shipped)
3) I ship everywhere - I use First Class Mail International (this does not include insurance or tracking) -- if you would like to add on insurance or tracking, email me first and I will adjust the shipping accordingly for you
