You can cancel your order any time before the money transaction is done. After that no cancellation is possible.
Please note: there is no return or refund. Choose your items carefully. Don`t hesitate to contact me if you need more information.
Postage and payment policy
Shipping: All items from "Embroidered Paintings" and "Exclusive Jewellery" and some items from "Assorted Jewellery" collections are sent using UPS Worldwide Express services if not stated otherwise.
Most items from "Assorted Jewellery" and "Cross-Stitch Embroidery" collections are sent by Express Registered mail (10 Euro per item)to USA, Canada, UK and France or by UPS Worldwide Express service (60 Euro per item) to all other countries. I apologize for the high shipping rates but I want to make sure that your purchase arrives to you fast and safely. If you have any questions please contact me and we'll try to find a solution together!
Handling and packaging (UPS shipping): Please allow me some time to prepare a shipment for you (I believe it won`t take more than a week) and I will notify you when you shipment is ready.
Payment: No money will be charged until your shipment is prepared and ready to go.
