Item will be dispatched within three working days once payment has been received.
All items include VAT.
Cancellation and return policy
Delivery time is 2-12 days.
All items are sent by post. This doesn't include shipment tracking and therefore, instincts cannot be held responsable for missing goods. Shipment tracking is however possible when requested. Extra shipping costs will be added to the invoice.
International shipping costs are only valid for Europe. For other countries, please ask for shipping costs.
Return or exchange an item is possible within 7 days after receipt. The item must be in original condition when returning it. Please provide the reason for return within three days of receipt.
Return of money will be as soon as possible after the item has been received back. Postage costs will not be returned and will be deducted from the purchase price.
When more than one item is bought at the same time, shipping costs will be reduced.
