✿CUSTOM ORDERS✿
Some products may be made to order. Custom items can be based on available products or sold productos.
Note that if I have a lot of work I cannot accept all the orders, so I will inform you about my availability and how long it will take approximately.
Handmade items: please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.
✿REFUNDS✿
A part of shipping costs will refunded if you buy several items. First you pay the total amount, I withhold the higher shipping cost and the reduced rate(s) of the other(s), and refund the rest.
Cancellation and return policy
No refunds or exchanges once the order has been sent.
Postage and payment policy

♣ I only accept payments through PayPal (https://www.paypal.com). It's a very safe payment method for buyers.
♣ Products made to order must be paid before I begin to develop them.
♣ Payments are due within 7 days of placing an order.If payment has not been made, I will cancel the order.
--SHIPPING--
♣ All items are shipped via Spanish Postal Service (http://correos.es).
♣ The purchase will be send at least two working days after the payment. It takes a few days more for products made to order. I will inform you according to your request.
♣ Delivery time for most destinatios is at least 1-2 weeks (it depends on postal service and the destination country).
♣ Buyers are responsible for any duty and custom charges that may be incurred.
