I will exchange or refund any products for obvious errors in description. For an exchange or refund, the original product must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Exchanges will be for product of equal or lesser value or the cost can be applied to higher priced items. Refunds will be for the price of the product only. Shipping/Handling and Insurance will not refunded. There is 'No Refund' if you left me a negative feedback without contact me first.
