Cancellation and return policy
Shipping:
Upon purchase, you will recieve an email from DaWanda, confirming your purchase. You will also receive an automated email from Paypal requesting payment. Once I have received payment, I will carefully package your item(s) and send the package via Royal Mail. Postage within the UK should only take a couple of days, international shipping usually takes a week. Most items will arrive within two weeks of your date of payment. If you wish your item(s) to arrive sooner than this, I can arrange faster shipping for you via a courier service. If the item takes longer to arrive than expected, let me know. I can send you a replacement, or sort something else out for you. If the item arrives damaged or faulty, I offer refunds, minus the cost of postage, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
