Cancellation and return policy
I change a product or give a refund for it only if it present an effective imperfection.
That never happens in my shop since EVERY PRODUCT IS HANDMADE WITH INFINITE LOVE AND CARE FOR THE DETAILS; IT'S DESCRIBED and SHOWN IN EVERY PART, AND THE PRODUCT YOU SEE IS THE PRODUCT YOU WILL RECEIVE, SO I WON'T GIVE ANY REFUND FOR IT AND NEITHER SUBSTITUTE IT.
So, for any doubt concerning the product, please always ask me all you need to know and I will be very happy to answer you and to make everything clear.
Postage and payment policy
I will ship items by REGISTERED MAIL (not insured but traceable until the pack is in Italy and requires a signature upon delivery). If you prefer INSURED MAIL, please contact me before submitting the order and I will tell you the additional cost.
I'm not responsible for mail delays or loss. Everything happens after the shipping is the customer's responsibility.
