Payment Options:
I currently only accept PayPal.
You can use your Credit Card or bank account through PayPal -which is very convenient, safe and easy! Plus you get your goods faster as I dont have to wait for cheques to clear!
Shipping
I ship all items to the address listed in your PayPal account - please make sure that this is the address where you want to receive your delivery.
Insurance and tracking is available on request, but will cost more, so please contact me if you'd like this option.
Cancellation and return policy
I do planned visits to the post office every couple of days and will usually get your order in the post within 48 hours, often sooner.
Orders to Australia should usually take around a week.
Airmail from Australia to the US takes approx. 7-10 business days & about 14 for the rest of the world.
I ship everything first class mail to try to get your item to you quickly, but am reliant on the Post after it leaves my hands.
If you need something by a certain date, or want me to send it insured or tracked, please let me know, but this will cost extra.
Sales are final, but if you are really unsatisfied with your purchase, please email me at hello@katebanazi.com to let me know, however, I have never had this happen to me and am determined it never will.
