Cancellation and return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may sent it back within 7 days after receiving the parcel. The conditions of return are: you may not have worn the item and it must be sent back in the original packaging. You will be refunded through paypal as soon as I have received the jewellery in good state.
Customized jewellery cannot be returned.
Wenn Sie nicht zufrieden sin, dürfen Sie es innerhalb von 7 Tagen zurücksenden. Die Bedingungen dafür sind: Sie haben das Artikel nicht getragen und es wird in originale Verpackung zurück gesonden. Das Geld wird durch Paypal vermacht wenn ich das Artikel in güten Stand empfangen habe. Schmuck in Auftrag gemacht, kann nicht retourniert werden.
Vous disposez d'un délai de 7 jours à compter de la livraison de votre commande, pour exercer votre droit de rétractation sans avoir à justifier de motifs ni à payer de pénalité. Le client doit impérativement à ses frais retourner l'article neuf dans son emballage d'origine. Vous serez remboursé dès réception de l’article, à condition que l’article soit en parfait état et qu’il n’ait pas été porté.

All items are shipped internationally by registered post with signature and acknowledgement of receipt(no insurance or international online tracking). I am not responsible for items delayed or lost in the post. For insurance and complete tracking service quote, please contact me.

Je ne saurais être tenue responsable d'éventuels dommages ou perte causés durant l'acheminement postal, ni du retard de livraison dus aux éventuelles défaillances des services postaux.
