I am open to discussing wholesale and consignment opportunities. Please contact me for more information.
If you see something in my Sold section that you would like to buy, please contact me. There will be occasions where I have used rare materials and therefore can't remake certain items but most of my creations can be duplicated.
Cancellation and return policy
Refunds will be offered on a case by case basis. If there has been an error made by myself, I will offer a refund or replacement.
If there is a problem with your order upon delivery could you please send me a message. It is important for all my customers to be happy with their purchase.
Postage and payment policy
I would appreciate it if payment could be made upon checkout. I accept PayPal and if you live in Australia I accept Direct Deposit. Please just send me a message if you wish to pay by Direct Deposit. If payment is not made within 48 hours of the item being purchased, then I will cancel the transaction and leave appropriate feedback.
I ship items within 24-48 hours after payment is received. I will specify in my shop announcement if there will be a delay in shipping.
