I opened my Dawanda shop to have a diversion from grey everyday life. So this shop is my hobby, my baby and I wish to keep it as pleasant and fun as possible - for myself and for the customer.

I am a big fan of re-using packaging. More for environmental than for cost reasons. I woll NOT send you your item in a shabby old box or bag, but please do not be surprised if you receive it in a packaging that has nothing to do with my shop. (Example: I have an optician friend that has loads of little cartons from glasses/sunglasses (quite posh ones actually) and you might receive your item in one of those.)

I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design that originates as a custom order.
Cancellation and return policy
Cancellation and full refund possible if the item has not been shipped yet! Items make of porcelain that have been custom made and are already dry are excluded from refund.
Concerning the vintage items, I will always put the information up to the best of my knowledge. Description and photos are made to give the customer the best possible overview of state and condition of the item so there should be NO SURPRISES!
I will always pack your item super carefully to make sure it reaches you safely.
IF you are for any reason unhappy with an item please let me know why and include pictures of the state it arrived in, so we can discuss a course of action. All issues must be brought to my attention within 3days of delivery in order to be considered for a refund. Refunds will not include the shipping fee, once the item has been shipped.
My handmade items are selected from various materials, new and re-purposed and are made with love and affection. As with the vintage items, I will provide the best possible description and photos. If you purchase a customized item I can send you pictures in advance, prior to shipment, to make sure you are happy with the item, or to discuss alterations. Please indicate this in advance.
Again, there should not be any surprises. If you however do not like the item, please let me know in one weeks time of delivery. I am happy to refund if the item is sent back to me in an unused condition. Please understand that I can not refund the shipping costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. I do not accept responsibilty for items that may cause choking hazards to young children.

Postage and payment policy
Items ship Monday to Friday. I will ship your order within 3 days of receiving payment unless it is a custom order, then please allow ~1 week, though I normally finish before that.
Also, although it sounds a bit funny, but there is the possibility of a strike -It is after all FRANCE- and shipment might get delayed. I will message you in such a case, but please understand that these are circumstances that I cannot influence.
