All of my items are sent via United States Postal Service.I try to get all orders out as soon as possible. I make at least one trip to the post office per week for all orders including International orders. Most Items are shipped USPS First Class, and Insurance can be used if you would like at your cost. If you need something shipped sooner please send me a message and I will see what i can do. Thanks!

I am more than happy to give a full refund on any item that reflects poor craftsmanship. Otherwise I can do exchanges on items as long as you are willing to pay for the shipping.
