Payment must be completed within 7 days of purchase. I only accept PayPal - they quickly and securely process a variety of payment methods, it's easy to use, and you don't need to have an account with them to use it.
Please allow 48 hours for you order to be shipped. You will be notified as soon as I receive your order, and again to let you know when your package has shipped.
I try to make time for custom work, so if a design you like has sold and you want something similar, or if you have an idea in mind, please contact me and we'll discuss your needs. Please allow 2 weeks for custom orders. Custom work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of estimate before work begins.
I offer free repairs for as long as you own your items - simply contact me and let me know what you need. Buyer must pay shipping to send item for repair (I will pay to ship the repaired item back.)
Cancellation and return policy
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact me and I'll make it right, whether that be a refund or alteration. The only exception is custom work, which is *final sale* and cannot be returned.
Postage and payment policy
All items ship from the US; I use standard Flat Rate airmail, which does not include tracking or insurance. Please contact me if you would like Priority shipping (with tracking and insurance) and I will revise your invoice (it is significantly more expensive). Tracking and Insurance are not available for all countries. I will refund any shipping overages. Buyer must pay any taxes or duties charged to them.
