POSTAGE & PACKING:
* Your item will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and sent in a padded envelope.
* I always obtain proof of postage to help you track missing items.
* I offer discounts on postage for additional items paid for at the same time.
* I try to post within 2 working days of receipt of payment. I will contact you if there is a delay.
* If you haven't received the item within 7 days please email me!
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
*If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return to me and I will refund the payment(excluding p+p).
* Please email me before returning item and obtain proof of posting. I cannot refund payment for items lost in the post.
