We accept Pay Pal and Bank Transfer as payment methods; postage and packing costs are 4€ except for Spain (where this cost is on 3€. We don't accept returns.

Si resides en España preferiríamos el pago mediante transferencia bancaria, aunque también aceptamos Paypal (cesttresjolie@hotmail.com). Los gastos de envío son 4€ para todo el mundo excepto para España, que serán 3€.
Por el momento no admitimos devoluciones.

Cancellation and return policy
English:
Your order will be sent by first class mail; postage and packing costs 4€ for everyone, except if you live in Spain, where postage will only cost 3€.
Your order will be sent as soon as possible and once you have paid the price for the product + postage.
You will have your order at home in one or two weeks after you paid, maybe before that (this will depend on your location).
We wont't take responsibility for the lost packages, although this things rarely happen.

Tu pedido se enviará mediante correo certificado; los gastos de envío son de 4€ para todo el mundo, excepto para España, que serán de 3€.
Tu pedido será enviado tan pronto como nos sea posible, y siempre y cuando hayas realizado el pago del producto.
El pedido suele tardar una semana entre que se realiza el pago y el cliente lo recibe, aunque ésto depende de dónde resida el cliente, y para España la espera puede verse reducida a un par de días o tres.
No nos hacemos responables de los paquetes perdidos, aunque este caso no suele darse ya que el correo es certificado. Si realmente se perdiera el paquete, volveríamos a hacer el envío, pero SIEMPRE Y CUANDO hayamos tenido certificación por parte de Correos de que el paquete se ha extraviado.
