Cancellation and return policy
All items of glass jewellery come gift boxed. Please check the items description on all other items where packaging will be mentioned along with the description of the actual item.
I can offer a REDUCED COMBINED SHIPPING cost for multiple purchases paid for in one payment & shipped together. Please either contact me before paying or pay the full ammount through Paypal, then contact me & I will refund the reduced rate back into your Paypal account when they are ready for shipping.
I am happy & exerienced at shipping internationally. Proofs of posting are always obtained.
Paypal is the main for of payment accepted although for UK customers ONLY I can also accept sterling cheques & postal orders.
You can pay with a credit or debit card or straight from your own accounts funds with Paypal. it is so convenient.
I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are unhappy for any reason & should wish to return it then please contact me. Items would need to be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund, this complies with distance selling laws.( Please note that shipping costs are not refunded)
