Warranty of my products extends for 3 months from the date of sale, by which time any flaws or faults should have become apparent. Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem to discuss this.
Note that items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.
As per notices in my product listings, as I individually hand make all of my jewellery there are likely to be minor differences from one piece to another, even for the same design. This should be considered part of the beauty of handmade work as no two pieces are ever identical.
However, if the piece you purchase is substantially different to that photographed in the listing, please contact me to discuss this.

While it is extremely unlikely to occur, I do reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. Should this happen any payment made will of course be refunded as quickly as possible.

a) Earrings sold are not refundable/exchangeable due to health and safety regulations, all other item have a 30 day return guarantee policy.
b) Lost mail compensation
When the post office confirms that the ***registered mail*** is lost and undelivered, I will refund the total amount paid by the buyer for the order. Processing time for the post offices to confirm lost mail varies depending on the situation.

1) Combined Shipping Discount

a) Combined shipping discount is available for shipment of multiple purchases to 1 shipping address. Cost of Registered mail for shipping the first item is EU$2.50, thereafter:
-add EU$0.50 per additional item of jewellery

a) Registered Mail:
All international and local orders are sent using registered mail which comes with a mail tracking number and requires signature upon delivery. If there is no one to sign for it, the delivery person will leave a note for you to collect the mail from your local post office within a stipulated time-frame. Please remember to collect the mail if not, it will be sent back to the seller.
b) Delivery Time

-International delivery: approximately 10 to 25 days business days for mail to be delivered.
-Local delivery (uk): approximately 3 to 4 business days for mail to be delivered.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Shipping fees paid are not exact postage fees incurred. As I include a very small percentage for packaging as I try to re-use packaging where I can.
