Cancellation and return policy
I stand behind the quality of my items. Please let me know if you are unhappy on your non-custom purchased items and I will arrange to have the item returned and your purchase price refunded (less the cost of shipping, dawanda and paypal fee which makes 10% of the total order)
Postage and payment policy
Payment; I accept payment through PayPal, for my safety and yours. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide to Dawanda. They will be packaged with lots of love and care and shipped in three to five workingdays after your payment is received. Custom ordered items will ship as soon as they are completed (up to 10 days). I ship worldwide using with delivery confirm. Shipping usually takes 3 to 6 weeks but. You can ask me for your tracking number if you have any further questions about your package. If you like I can send your package with DHL too which takes a week to receive and is 14Euro Please also inform me your telephone number which is neccessary to fill in the shipping forms if you wish me to send it with DHL. But please understand that I cannot control how fast any postal service operates and that once mailed it is out of my hands. I cannot and do not guarantee any arrival times but I will try to help you every step of the way. I am not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees or delays that may be assessed by your Country.
