PAYMENTS AND PRICES
The sale contract is formed when you click on the „Buy“ button in your shopping basket. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation email. You are obligated to complete the payment within 7 days of receiving confirmation of your purchase.
We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer and DaWanda vouchers.
Prices are in Euros. At the moment we are not VAT payers. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Special offers and discounts are not applicable to the shipping costs unless specifically stated.
SHIPPING COSTS.
Shipping costs are individual for each item depending on its size and country of delivery. Shipping costs don't include any customs, import duties or taxes.This fee covers administration, packaging and freight.
Dispatching of the product normally takes 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping takes approximately 14 working days depending on where in the world you are located.
We are not responsible for loss or damages which occur during transportation .
EXCHANGING OR RETURNING A PRODUCT
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of faulty items, which you must return to us in an unused condition. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days after the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability.
