1. Leider bin ich nicht der Erstattung meiner Produkte, wenn sie verloren in der Mail. Obwohl ich keine Probleme hatte, in diesem Bereich, ich trotzdem empfehlen, dass Sie Einschreiben mail für Frieden des Geistes (das kostet 1 Euro extra).
2. Ist die Ware beschädigt, werde ich sie reparieren, wenn Sie eine Rückkehr innerhalb von 3 Tagen. Allerdings haben Sie zu tragen die zusätzlichen Kosten für Porto, wenn Sie schickt sie zu mir und wenn ich erneut zu senden.
3. Die Ware wird versandt nach Eingang der Zahlung, durch die folgenden Arbeitstag.

1. Unfortunately, I do not refund my products if they are lost in the mail. Although I have not had any problems in this area, I still recommend that you use registered mail for peace of mind (this costs 1 extra Euro).
2. If the goods are damaged when you receive them, I will be glad to repair them if you make a return within 3 days. However you will have to bear the extra postage costs incurred when you send them to me and when I re-send it.
3. Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, by the following working day.

Ich kombinieren Versand per Air Mail an alle Länder. Da ich nicht geben, wenn Waren Erstattungen sind verloren in Mail, empfehle ich Einschreiben mail für Frieden des Geistes (dies kostet nur 1 Euro extra! Bitte lassen Sie es mich wissen, bevor Sie die abschließende Zahlung).
Die Bezahlung kann durch Banküberweisung (Ich habe Großbritannien und Singapur Konten) oder über PayPal.

I combine shipping and send by Air Mail to all countries. Since I do not give refunds if goods are lost in mail, I recommend you use registered mail for peace of mind (this costs only 1 extra Euro! Pls let me know before you make the final payment).
