Hi there! I'm so glad you stopped by Drops of Light for a visit. And thank you for taking a few minutes to read the policies outlined here.
Here you can find information about my designs and the components used, about Payment, Shipping and Refunds.If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I am usually near a computer and answer convos as quickly as I can. You can also read a bit more about me personally in my profile if you'd like.
ABOUT DROPS OF LIGHT DESIGNS
~The pieces shown in the images are representative of the piece you will receive. Your Drops of Light will be equally beautiful, but please do allow for small, very subtle variations that make each handmade piece special...
~Because the componants I use are vintage, natural stone or handmade they are subject to some small characteristic irragularities. No two bead are exactly the same; each one is unique and beautiful, just like you!
~All metal is high quality .925 sterling silver or .999 fine silver unless specifically stated otherwise in the description of the item (some pieces are made with some copper or gold filled components, but never plated base metal, plated, etc).
~All of my jewelry is made and stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
~All photos are made in natural daylight. However, colors and brightness may vary from one monitor to the next and depending on how a piece catches the light from moment to moment. But this also makes the piece come alive!
If you have ANY issues with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving feedback. This is my full time job and I take it and my customers very seriously. My designs are made with a big scoop of love and I want you to enjoy and love your jewelry as much as I did creating it!
If you see something you like in the sold section, chances are it will be relisted - I'm just waiting for supplies. Don't hesitate to ask! Most of the bright sterling silver pieces can be oxidized and oxidized pieces can be made with bright sterling silver.

Cancellation and return policy
~REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES~
Your happiness is important. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within within 7 days of receiving your order and I will issue a refund or replace the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition as when I shipped them. For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned. If you are returning an order, please let me know within 2 days after receiving the item so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange in a timely fashion. I can not accept returns sent back to me without consulting me.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to my error. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me. Please package your return carefully.
Postage and payment policy
~POSTAGE~
I will ship your Drops of Light goodies wherever you are! All items ship beautifully giftwrapped perfect for giving or keeping.
I will ship your purchase within 2 business days from payment and I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped.
Please be sure your address is correct.
Packages are sent with priority mail. Registered mail that includes insurance or express mail is optional on request. Convo me for rates if you want this option. I'm sorry but I cannot be held responsible for the destiny of uninsured packages.
~GIFT SHIPPING~
Ordering a gift to ship direct to the lucky recipient? Please let me know and I'll happily include a card from you (please specify what you would like the card to say in the note to seller area during checkout). All my items ship beautifully giftwrapped, so you can cross one more thing off of your to-do list!
~INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING~
International orders generally take 1-3 weeks (these times are not exact, and will depend on the customs practices and mail service of the specific country). If you would like to upgrade to express shipping, please convo me to find out about times and additional charges.
International Buyers are responsible for their purchase considering country specific laws and paying their own customs fees etc. So please bear any possible customs fees or country specific laws in mind when purchasing. Thank you. If you have any questions please convo me before purchase.
~PACKAGING~
To conserve natural resources and reduce waste, whenever possible I re-use bubble mailers, cardboard boxes and plastic bags, so don't be alarmed if your outer packaging looks a tad bit bedraggled. Rest assured that what's inside will be beautifully giftwrapped and simply gorgeous.
~PAYMENT~
At this time, I only accept paypal payments. You can use a Credit Card through PayPal, and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option.
If you have your heart set on a purchase, but are unable to use paypal for any reason just let me know. I am sure we can work out an alternative ;)
Please make payment for your purchases within 24 hours. If you need longer please feel free to contact me and we can work something out =) If you have any questions or problems with making payment please let me know so I can try to help!
