Cancellation and return policy
We have hassle free return policy. Items purchased through FaniSong Jewelry, with the exception of special orders, may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All custom orders cannot be returned.
Items must be shipped in to us in the original packaging materials, in pristine and unworn conditions, and prepaid insured mail. Unless we shipped an item that you did not order or you are returning an item because it was defective, you are responsible for the return-shipping costs.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order.
Postage and payment policy
I am always happy to combine shipping. Shipping cost for each additional item is EUR 0.70, insurance is included.
Your order will be shipped to the address you specified during your DaWanda checkout purchase. All order will be shipped by Canada Post. Please allow 3-5 days for item(s) to be ready, please note that custom order will be ready within 5 business days. (Notice will be given if your piece would take longer to create).
Every items from FaniSong will arrive nicely in a hard tin boxes. I carefully wrap each piece so that it won't be damaged in the mail.
