Cancellation and return policy
1) Payment - I accept payment via Paypal. If the payment is not received after 3 working days, the transaction will be deemed as void.
2) Shipping - Orders will be shipped everyday within 48 hours after payment except Saturdays and Sundays.
3) Returns are generally unavailable unless there is a) gross misrepresentation or an error in what was shipped or b) product defect (not caused by shipping (see below). If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me!
4) Should the item has any defect, the customers must contact Cotton & Cloud within 7 days of purchase stating the nature of the defect. On agreement the customer may return the products within 7 days of receipt in unused condition. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
5) If the item is returned, the original purchase amount (excluding the shipping) is reimbursed. If the item is exchanged, the differences in the price between the new and the defected items are charged/reinbursed to the customer.
6) Cotton & Cloud does not accept returns/exchanges of items damaged or lost during shipping.
