Terms & Conditions
~ Warranty ~
Warranty of my products extends for three months from the date of sale, by which time any flaws or manufacturing faults should have become apparent. Please contact me as soon as possible if you discover a problem to discuss this.
Note that items which appear to have been damaged by an accident on your part or by general misuse are not considered to be faulty.
Please see my returns policy for details about returning items for any reason.
~ refusal of sale ~
While it is extremely unlikely to occur, I do reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. Should this happen any payment made will of course be refunded as quickly as possible.
~ Pricing ~
Pricing of items for sale and shipping costs may change at any time without notice.
~ Copyright ~
All of my work, including but not limited to text and images, is protected by Australian and International copyright law and is not licensed without my permission, including upon purchase of my products.

Cancellation and return policy
Of course I want my customers to be happy, so if you are less than happy with your item or if it isn't suitable for any reason, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving it.
Please contact me prior to sending the return so that I know it will be on its way.
If you wish to make a return or organise an exchange for an item which is faulty, was damaged during delivery or is incorrect due to an error on my part, please read on.
~ Repairs ~
If your item has minor damage due to wear or an accident within three years from purchase, please contact me and more often than not I will be able to provide you with repairs with no labour costs.
You will only need to pay for postage and - depending on what is required - possible materials costs.
Note that items which have major damage, particularly to the 'focus' of the piece (eg. a pendant being badly scratched or dented), may not be able to be repaired and you may instead need to consider replacing the item.
Contact me to discuss the situation and I'll be happy to give you an idea of what will be needed to repair your item.
~ Faulty items ~
Items which are faulty are a rare occurrence as I always endeavour to check pieces thoroughly. However, occasionally a problem can slip through without being spotted.
If you discover a genuine fault with your item, please contact me and I will organise to replace your item. Such returns generally cannot be accepted after six months of purchase, by which time any faults should have become apparent.
I may ask you to return the faulty item to me so that I can see what went wrong and can also recycle the metal. If this is the case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.
~ Items damaged during delivery ~
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me asap to organise a replacement.
I would ask you to also contact the post office or other delivery organisation on your side to lodge a complaint about this as such issues generally need to be reported on both ends of the delivery.
I may ask you to return the damaged item to me so that I can see what went wrong and can also recycle the metal. If this is the case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.
~ Errors on my part ~
I do my utmost to make sure my items and orders go out just as they've been ordered. However, like everyone else, I'm only human and very occasionally mistakes happen!
If you feel I have sent something in error, have missed/misread an instruction or anything similar, please contact me and I'll work with you to fix the problem.
If I have sent an incorrect item, I may ask you to return it to me. If this is the case I will reimburse you for any postage costs.
Postage and payment policy
~ Turnaround time ~
Unless otherwise indicated in my listings, I aim to have orders turned around within 1 to 2 working days of receiving payment. If there is a delay for any reason I will contact you.
If you urgently require your order please contact me to discuss this.
~ About shipping ~
Items generally ship from Sydney, Australia (unless I happen to be away elsewhere). I send items by Australia Post airmail for deliveries outside of Australia and parcelpost within Australia.
Please generally allow 1-2 working days for the item to be sent and a further 1-10 working days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery to the US and most European locations is generally between 4-8 working days from Australia.
If your item is urgently required, please contact me asap to discuss this.
~ Insurance ~
To keep postage costs down, I do not insure my items as insurance is expensive from Australia.
Mail sent from Australia is very reliable and there are very rarely any problems, however, if an uninsured delivery does happen to go missing I will make a decision about replacement on a case-by-case basis.
If your item has not arrived after 14 days of despatch, please contact me to discuss this so we can sort out the situation as quickly as possible.
~ Tracking ~
Note that real time tracking of international mail is not available from Australia unless deliveries are sent by an international courier (which costs from around US$70 per delivery!).
However, missing items can be tracked retrospectively by Australia Post via the customs documentation which is scanned in when I post each item. I will ask the post office to do this to determine what happened if an item is reported as missing.
Post from Australia is very reliable and it is rare for there to be any problems.
~ Customs and import duties ~
Please note that I have no control over and cannot be responsible for any customs fees or other duties which may be applied to your order by officials in your country. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs organisation.
All of my customs forms are labelled as 'fashion accessories' for jewellery purchases.
~ Christmas shipping ~
During the Christmas season I aim to turn my orders around as quickly as possible.
Generally you should allow up to six business days for delivery prior to Christmas day to receive your orders in time.
However, the golden rule for Christmas shopping is to order early to be more positive your item/s will arrive in time!
