All sales are final.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please take a picture of it at once and send it to me, so I can send you a replacement piece free of charge.
Ideally, payment is required instantly, but you have up to 7 days to fully complete your paypal payment.
If you require more time than 7 days, please contact me.

All sales are final.
To ease our exchange, please make sure you are able to use paypal as a payment method before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged due to lack of packaging, I can and will resend a replacement item with proper identification of damage (picture)
Postage and payment policy
Shipping is about 3 Euro to Europe and anywhere else possible for up to 3 items depending on size and weight.
Please contact me if you require additional time. I ship using Canada Post oversize letter mail or small packet. If you would like a different shipping method, kindly inform me before paying.
Please allow me 2-7 days upon receipt of your payment to package and ship your item.
