Cancellation and return policy

If there is a fault on the product/item, please e-mail us straight after you receive the product and we will arrange for a re-send of the product/item. When you contact us, we will send you all the necessary information. The product/item's fault must be mentioned on the day of receiving the parcel, as after that day, claims cannot be accepted.

♥ we are sending items through Standard Mail so, Insurance and tracking is not possibe. This cannot be guaranteed of a safe delivery. We will not take any liabilities in regards to this option. If you want insurance and traking, please let us know. It will cost at least 14 dollors and up! it depends on the weight of the item.
