Cancellation and return policy
Most of my items are one of a kind, and it is not possible to replicate exactly. I will do my best.
I will refund or exchange if a package is lost in the mail, however it may be difficult to replicate an item since so many of my items are one of a kind.
If you are unhappy with your purse, please notify me and I will refund the payment once the item is returned. I will cover the cost of the return shipping charges.
Postage and payment policy
I only ship to a Confirmed Paypal Address. Shipping is always First Class Parcel Postage and is facilitated through Paypal. This includes Shipping Confirmation with your shipping price.
I ship all orders within 48 hours. Usually I can get a package out to you the same day, but there are the rare incidents that make that impossible. I will always communicate with you about shipment of your item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I absolutely ship internationally. Please contact me for your shipping preference, and I'll be happy to oblige. I ship First Class Mail International with a Proof of Mailing Slip unless specified otherwise.
~At this time, I only accept Paypal Payments (this includes echecks) for those outside of Hawaii. If payment is not received immediately or if there is no communication on the customers behalf (like trouble logging on to your Paypal account...this has happened in the past) the order will be canceled and the item relisted. I never cancel a sale if there is some communication and I am pleased to say this has only happened once.
