Accepted forms: Paypal. Cash or bank transfer payment will be considered for Hong Kong buyer specifically.
All Paypal and Credit Card payments should be sent immediately. If you're waiting for funds to transfer via Paypal, please me send an e-mail or convo me. My email is mrs.fungwongyeung@gmail.com
All customers will receive email of transaction confirmation. If payment is not received by 3 days after the transaction, and no response or communication from the buyer side, the transaction will be automatically canceled without further notice.
NO orders are sent out without payment having been received first. Custom order requires full payment before the item will be made.
Cancellation and return policy
If your package is not received, please let me know.
If buyers change their mind after clicking through a transaction and don't want to go through with the payment, please email me to save both of us time. The transaction will be cancelled automatically, no question asked.
If you're unhappy with your order, something's damaged, something is missing, or something was mistakenly sent to you, please let me know. We'll come to a logical conclusion on how to proceed.
Postage and payment policy
All items are shipped out via Hong Kong postal within 5 days of receipt of payment.
Domestic shipping for this shop means shipping to Hong Kong.
Depending on the recipient's location, it'll take 1-4 weeks for the order to arrive but with no time guarantee. The timely arrival will depends on Hong Kong postal's working. I will ask for arrival expectance when I mail the product out, and notice buyers via email. I can quote FedEx for rush delivery with additional charge.
