Cancellation and return policy

- RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY -

All creations are made with attention and love. I don't do refunds but I can replace if the item is faulty or is not what you originally ordered..

Please keep in mind that Shipping Fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on my part. If something is not right, email me within 3 business days quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return.I will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement.

- MISSING/DAMAGED ORDER -

I am not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping.

Please make sure you feel comfortable with these terms before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged due to no fault of postage.


Postage and payment policy

- PAYMENT -

I accept cash if you come to pick up the item by hand.

I accept paypal, check and bank transfer.

I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

All transactions will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 3 Business Days, and I have not heard from you about any delays etc.

- SHIPPING -

All orders take 3 Business Days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office.

- TAXES, DUTIES + CUSTOMS FEES -

International recipients may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees incurred in your own country are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
