Please allow 10-14 days preparation time and ample amount of time for shipping. Each of our items are lovingly prepared just for YOU! We don't want to sacrifice quality for speed.
Actual shipping times may vary.
All signs are shipped UPS Ground and must have a physical address for delivery.
Smaller items may be sent USPS First Class or Parcel Post
On larger more complex items, we may require you email address to sendyou a "proof" for your approval prior to completing your order. Once you have approved this proof your order will be processed.
Cancellation and return policy
All items are shipped with insurance for the total amount of the sale so neither I nor you will ever take a loss. I do accept returns if they are shipped back to me in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. The refunded amount will be for the price of the item only not shipping unless there was an error on our part (ex. we spelled your name wrong, sent the wrong style sign, sent wrong color etc.). We do keep all customization communications in writing and send you back a copy so these type of errors rarely occur.
