• 10% discount available for purchase of min 3 items
• Item purchased will be gift wrapped in a gift box and organza pouch
• A personalized gift card/message can be included if you purchase item as a gift (free of charge)
• Certain items can be customized in terms of color of gemstones, please inquire if you have any preference.
• No additional shipment fee if you purchased more than 1 item. (except if you buy in bulk)
• All jewelry items from ‘My Jewelry Closet’ use only finest materials such as silver, sterling silver, and gemstones.
• Merchandise will be shipped from Guangzhou (registered post) within 2 working days upon receiving payment. Please allow a few more days if payment is done over the weekend.
• Shipment normally takes about 1-2 weeks (Sat, Sun, and public holidays not included). Due to the differences of each region, the actual delivery time may vary, depends on the postal services and customs.
• Please contact me if you have not received your order after a period of time (3-4 weeks)
• Shipment arrangement with international couriers can be done based on customer’s request
• Let me know if you need any items in bigger quantities or wholesale.
