Stamps: Every stamp is handmade, just for you. It will take about 5 to 10 working days to make it for you. Because the stamps are carved by hand, each one has it's own unique character. The stamps will come with some traces of ink on them, because they are tested during making.
Other: All other items are shipped within 5 working days after payment.
Cancellation and return policy
If you want to cancel an order that's no problem at all. Please send me a message and I will cancel it for you.
If I haven't received your payment within 14 days your order is automatically cancelled.
All things are made with lots of love and care. However, if you are not satisfied about a product please contact me and we will work it out.
Postage and payment policy
Every order is packed with lots of care and protection. Stamps are packed in a lovely brown paper bag, stamped with the chosen design. Papergoods are packed in protective sleeves.
