We ship right away upon receipt of payment. Orders are sent via Priority Registered Air Mail. Every package has a tracking number, but not all countries have online tracking. Our packages are trackable in the United States, Canada, Norway, and a few other countries as well. We will soon offer optional DHL Global Mail Delivery to Europe which is trackable in most European countries.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES-
You are welcome to return your purchase to us neatly folded in unwashed and resalable condition for a refund or exchange.
Please understand we can not refund shipping paid and that for an exchange we will need to ask you to cover the cost of mailing a new item.
