Cancellation and return policy
*Refund and exchange policy*
We hope that you will be totally delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, then please contact us for a resolution. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return the goods to us in the original, resaleable condition within 30 days and we will refund your money, minus shipping costs. We always keep proof of postage and will make a claim if any item is damaged or goes missing in the mail.
Postage and payment policy
*Shipping*
We usually ship items within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. We will give you an estimated ship time on receipt of your purchase, and contact you again to confirm when your item is in the post and winging its merry way to you.
Items are shipped around the UK via first class mail, unless stated otherwise. This method usually takes 1 to 2 business days to arrive.
Small photographs and prints are shipped in a clear plastic wrapper to keep them dry inside a hard cardboard envelope with an extra layer of board to protect them. Larger photographs (10" x 10" and larger) will again be wrapped in plastic, and then rolled into a rigid cardboard posting tube. All other items are packed in bubble wrap and parcel wrapped in secure packaging.
For items over £25 you may wish to consider adding postal insurance and/or delivery tracking (depending on location).

*International Shipping*
International post is sent via airmail unless stated otherwise. Delivery times will vary due to each country’s customs clearance times. As a rough estimate, shipping to the USA takes around 5 to 15 days.
Any customs & excise taxes, fees and duties incurred during delivery are levied by countries at different rates. Green Island Studios does not include these fees in the price as they are unable to calculate these charges. Green Island Studios accepts no responsibility for any fees that occur. Please refer to the customs and excise regulations for your country to assess any liabilities and estimate any possible fees. International returns cannot be accepted due to these customs charges.
