I am a Malaysian that always have a dream to migrate to the Melbourne. Jewelry making is my current hobby and I hope it would last. I am an IT Consultant at the same time doing jewelry designs. I am very into wire jewelry making. Semiprecious stones and pearls are my favorites.

All purchases are shipped within 2 business days. Products are inspected for quality assurance, and then shipped in organza bags and bubble mailers, gift box won't be included to save you on the shipping cost. All effort is made so ensure the products reach you safely.

If you would like something custom made, I'll be glad to do it for you. Just send me a conversation or drop me an email to decors.l@gmail.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. All custom-made items are not refundable nor returnable. I will only start composing the requested item after I receive full payment from you. Please drop me an E-mail me with your details and requirements, and I will draw you a design. Also, if you see something you like that has already been sold, write to me to see if I can revise the design to give you something similar, with different color and materials, with some slight change in design. I do this to prevent duplicates.
Cancellation and return policy

If for some reason you find that your product is not satisfactory, do E-mail me at decors.l@gmail.com and we might be able to work something out such as exchanging it with other product, however, the returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when I sent it to you. The product has to reach me and be inspected before I will send your replacement.
If you would like a refund, and would like to return, please inform me in within 2 business day (counting from the maximum delivery duration),the item must reach me in an unused and in the same condition as when I sent it out. Your refund will be the full amount EXCLUDING the shipping cost.

Insurance is available upon request. Please state under “Message to Seller” and wait for a revised invoice. Should you opt not to purchase insurance, I will not be responsible in the event of lost mail.
