Terms & Conditions
International orders will be sent 'First Class Mail International' for a flat rate of $12, unless otherwise specified. Insurance/delivery confirmation/tracking are NOT included in this service. If you would prefer a different mail service, please contact me prior to purchasing so I may accurately calculate your total.
Insurance costs extra for all services. I highly recommend purchasing insurance as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please contact me BEFORE PURCHASING so I may adjust your total with these services. Also, please be aware that overseas shipping may take up to several weeks.
Cancellation and return policy
want you to be happy and love your Oblik Atelier jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit only (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Postage and payment policy
I will ship all product within 7 days of the purchase (unless it's a custom order). Please note that product will ship out only after I have received your payment.
