MooreMagnets 24.02.2009 16:18I have seriously thought about just closing my store because of the lack of communication here!
lisa-dawanda 24.02.2009 17:45Hey guys,
sorry we have not sent out invoices out yet since there are still some things we have to settle. Please bear with us during this time, but we will try to send out invoices as fast as possible.
If there should be any further delay I will inform you here on the forums
best,
Lisa
Bijunea 24.02.2009 18:14Thank you Lisa I was getting worried. =) ***
Wendren 25.02.2009 21:40I AM FURIOUS! I understood that they would charge for the sales but I did not realise that these would be work backwards too! This was certainly not made clear and even when I check now, that is STILL not clear to me. It is clear that they will start charging BUT NOT that they will BACK CHARGE!!!! I want to close my shop. Dawanda is ridiculously expensive and badly organized if this is the case. I hope desperately that I am wrong in presuming that my invoice from a year ago has to be paid! If not, then I want to close my shop! I do not trust dawanda!
lisa-dawanda 26.02.2009 18:45Hey guys,
we have finally sent out invoices. You can find additional information on invoices here: http://en.dawanda.com/topic/18/1229706
I would like to bring up the topic of VAT again.
All sellers who have a professional shop are freed from VAT. Even though VAT will be displayed on your invoice overview, you will receive a net invoice.
If you have not set your shop to professional and, therefore, did not receive a net invoice, please change your settings and get in touch with us again, so we may resend your invoice.
If you are unsure whether your shop can regarded as a professional one, please check with your local jurisdiction. Please note that if you have a professional shop you may be facing legal restrictions and requirement from your local government.
best,
Lisa
GoToGreatPanes 26.02.2009 19:24Thank you for the new info about being charged for VAT.
Can anyone tell me where I change my shop to professional? I couldn't find it.
GoToGreatPanes 26.02.2009 19:26(It's great news!)
GoToGreatPanes 27.02.2009 21:41Found it--you can change your Private Seller/Professional Seller shop setting in "Edit your shop" (don't know why I didn't see it yesterday...):
lilyhandmade 28.02.2009 01:32I paid the commission already.
