we have sent out invoices today and I would like to give you some very important information on them:
Firstly, all sellers, who have registered as professional should have received net invoices (meaning invoices without VAT). All sellers, no matter where they are located, are freed from VAT. If you are a professional seller, but have not set your shop as professional, please do so and get in touch with us so we may resend your invoice.
If you are unsure whether your shop can be regarded as a professional one, please check with your local jurisdiction.
Your invoice will include all invoice items from the previous month.
If you wish to remove an item from your invoice, please make a comment about them until the 25th of each month in your invoice overview or send us an email. We will take them into consideration and let you know, once we have made the changes to your invoice.
International sellers can pay their invoice via PayPal. You should find a link for that on your invoice overview. If you have a German bank account and would like us to withdraw your invoice amount from your account automatically please enter your bank details on DaWanda.

I have not received an invoice. I checked my invoice overview and there is only the sales comission regarding the month of february and I didn't find any link to pay any other bill. =S ***

I checked my invoice in MyDawanda and there is only the sales comission regarding the month of february and I didn't find any link for payment with Paypal.best,

Will the invoice be email to us as well as placed in the invoices section of our shop? I haven't received an invoice as of Feb 26/09 have they been sent out to international sellers?

giusypatch 27.02.2009 11:27as the others haven't received the invoice and on my dawanda invoice I can't find how to pay trhough paypal.

i just received my invoice.
I have sent a few weeks ago a mail to feedback asking for an installment plan as i have to pay 450€. I have not received any response yet and now, the invoice says that i have to pay this amount in 15 days.
When i try to put my VAT number the page does not accept it. What should i do?
I ask for help!

you mentioned that we are free from VAT, but I still see in my invoice the charged amount. The other time Elizabeth mentioned that we have to pay VAT even though we are not in germany because Dawanda is a german company. Now I'm confused.
Should international seller be charged the 19% VAT on the commission? Please advise.

The invoice includes orders that I canceled through dawanda and are not longer visible in my account and also orders that I canceled but there are now again visible in my accouint could you please check my account again
