Hi sellers,

If you are newly registered and have just set up your DaWanda account, please make sure to confirm the country you live in, in your My Profile - Address section. Your domestic location will then show up correctly in your product listings.

When you initially join DaWanda, you register on one of the specific language interfaces. This means that when you join the English site of DaWanda, your account is initially registered with UK as your domestic location if left unconfirmed, so please MAKE SURE to choose the correct country for yourself.

If this changes, we will let you know!

Thanks Elizabeth. I tried to change to the correct location, but I can't find where to do it. Could you please help me? I live in the US. I have entered my home address in Charlotte, North Carolina.

hi Kimonocards, click My DaWanda, then the "Edit" link next to My Profile. Scroll down to Address section. Can you find it?

Thanks, I had mine set to USA, but I had to resave it. I was still showinig up as being in the UK. lol. I'm good now!

I was unable to reset mine to the USA. it still says United Kingdom even when I save it. Does anyone know how I can fix it? Thanks so much.

Thank you so much! I did have USA in that section but it kept showing up as UK! It's fixed now.

Hi, I have the same problem, I live in Finland and it´s on my profile but my products apear like in UK. That´s change totaly the shiping price. What can I do?

Hey guys,

please change yur domestic location in your profile. Click through My DaWanda >> Profile (Edit) (next to your profile picture) and change the country in the address section. Please make sure to save all changes and then check your items. Allow at least for one day for the changes to show up in your item descriptions.

If you should still have trouble changing your location please contact the feedback over with feedback button in the navigation bar.

Well, I have done all that has been suggested in this thread and although my location is correct (Spain) the domestic shipping destination is still the UK ...

Also, about the international shipping: Well, I cannot give a one and only price for international shipping, since it does not cost the same to ship things to the European Union area (still international from one country to another) or to ship them to the non European Union area.

I'm having a problem posting new items and I think it is linked to location. I am in France but speak english. When I try to post new item on UK site I click a category in L1 but nothing comes up in L2 or L3, if I try this in the french version of the site L2 and L3 work - only problem then is I'm not absolutely sure I am choosing the right categories.

I have follow the instruction and I have edit the country(italy) but the "domestic location" of my item remain UK.
I have follow this procedure many days ago but the situation isn't change....Can anyone help me?! ....and sorry for my bad english....

I've contact Dawanda regarding international shipping fares option and they told me they will be looking in to it after Xmas.
