I saw that shipping from Italy it's quite expensive... do you know any cheap (and secure) shipping method?

The best place to ask for shipping rates is your post office and then sort the price according to your packing expenses etc.

you could try to send by 'posta prioritaria internazionale EU', wich cost just '1,45euro fino 50Grami', normally it is secure.(I do on this way and just add more 50cents for gift package fee)

but for good more than 30Euro value, better send by 'racomandata', with trackable register no. it costs a bit expensive but we don't have any other choice as what I know. :(
